Before your membership kicks off, you'll complete a quick in-person meeting with our Head Coach to get you oriented, answer any questions, and make sure you're set up for success from day one.

  • Who can use Open Gym?

    Open Gym is available to all active BKTH members. Non-members can drop in at the standard drop-in rate.

  • Is a coach present during Open Gym?

    Coaches may be on-site, but Open Gym is self-directed. Come with a plan — programming is not provided during these sessions.

  • What equipment is available?

    You'll have full access to the facility — platforms, squat racks, barbells, bumper plates, and all standard equipment.

  • Can I work on Olympic lifting during Open Gym?

    Absolutely. Platforms are available and you're welcome to work on any lifts you're practicing — snatch, clean & jerk, or otherwise.

  • What's the etiquette?

    Respect the space, share equipment when it's busy, and re-rack everything when you're done. The culture here matters — keep it strong.
